Now that my training at LCP was over, I have a longer bedtime period but just when I thought that I actually have a longer time to doze off, it is really hard for me to get a good night sleep. I always wake up to a sore neck, back or torso. And I think I have my bed cushion to blame. I have this bed since birth and I think it’s about time for me to say goodbye to it and say hello to a new night nest.
I would probably look for a bed that has bed wedges so I could enjoy a good night rest.
