Although I have been skipping on regular meals when I am duty, I am binging on large meals whenever I am on off duty. No wonder I have put on some pounds for the past three months. My only exercise at this point is sprinting from the basement to the fourth floor through the stairway. There are best weight loss diet pills out there but I still opt to go natural when it comes to shedding off the unwanted pounds.
