I got a text from my sister that last Friday that our TV cable was disconnected due to non-payment of bill for three months. It totally slipped my mind that I have to pay this part of my obligation. Too bad that I just paid my credit card and I already ran out of cash. I just told my sister that I will pay the bill on Monday as I expect the money I withdraw from PayPal to my bank account will be credited today. Good thing that the money has been credited and I was able to settle my outstanding bill otherwise I have to resort to availing of the cash advance service of my credit card company. I just got off the phone with the credit and collection lady and she said that our cable service will be restored tomorrow.

During our dinner after our jogging session in UP, we talked about our funny and serious incidents in the hospital. We talked about those who were admitted on a wheel chair or on a gurney and discharged walking and those who were admitted ambulatory but were discharged on a wheelchair or worse dead. We talked about their rights and right to offshore injury lawyer to know if what they got in terms of medical attention was right.

Having less than four hours of indecent sleep the other day, I noticed that there are a couple of zits that popped out of my face. At this age, it is really disgusting to see that I am still not spared from this skin problem. I need an adult acne treatment that will surely bust this annoying breakout as I am expecting more breakouts in the future in anticipation of my sleepless night during my critical care course.

Our ward’s fun run happened last Saturday but until now, I can still feel the muscle tense around my legs and torso. Running three rounds on the UP grounds is one of the best, safest and most economical fat burners ever invented. I just hope that I can carry on this healthy habit. It really feels good to sweat your stress out.

I have been off from steroids for a week now. The said wonder drug has made my kidneys well and at the same time made my allergies go away. Now that its effect is wearing off my system, my allergic rhinitis is now gaining its space in my system. There is no single day in my life that I don’t sneeze. The non-stop sneezing is accompanied by headache, runny nose and red-teary eyes. The roids have been replaced by Benadryl AHA and paracetamol.
I have to choose between the lesser evil.

Being in my early 30s I am getting paranoid over fine lines that are starting to appear on my face. I will be terrified if one day I will see crow’s feet or laugh lines on my face. That is why as early as now, I am using an anti wrinkle cream so avoid any progression or manifestation of signs of aging. I swear by this cream as it really fights early signs of aging.

I feel somehow guilty because in the past weeks, I have been splurging on unhealthy food. All those high in cholesterol, salt and fat, I have taken in . That is why I am trying to take control measures before they take its toll on me. I again resumed running. I feel that I gained so much pounds so I need to shed them off. I am checking on lipozene reviews thinking if there is one good diet regiment that will suit me.

I got a call from my headnurse asking me if I could report for work tonight instead of being on AM shift tomorrow. My co-staff had to attend to his sick mom. I said yes to my headnurse and after getting off the phone, I went to the kitchen to eat, prepare the food that i’ll bring with me and to drink coffee.
When I went back to my room, I got a text from headnurse that my supposed cover up for my co-staff nurse was cancelled and that I will assume my original AM schedule tomorrow.
It’s a disaster that I am foreseeing because the caffeine that I took in will kick in anytime and it has a longer lasting effect. I can sense that I will having sleepless night so I will be needing a sleep aid stat!
Good luck to me!

I am finally got off the steroids, and I am expecting to have breakouts any moment. A few years ago, I had my fair share of acne breakout nightmare. It was due to my use of this unprescribed wonder drug. I have tried so many antiacne solutions and up to now I am still searching for the acne solutions that work I am still hoping though that I will not having any breakouts as the steroids were tapered by the doctor.

It started with our house help. I thought that she just has a fight with her lover that was why her eyes were swollen and red. It usually happens to her. Until my youngest niece’s eye got red too. She was brought to an ophthalmologist and was diagnosed to have conjunctivitis or sore eye. A weeks had passed but her condition got worse causing her right eye to almost close. She then again brought to the eye doctor. She was given with another optic drop and a few days after, her condition improved but too bad the contamination has been transferred to her mom. Her mom’s eye were both affected and a few days after,my pre-schooler caught the disease and then the contamination was transmitted to her dad.
Conjunctivitis is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, the tissue that lines the inside of the eyelid. This tissue helps keep the eyelid and eyeball moist. Pink eye or sore eye is highly communicable since it is caused by bacteria and viruses responsible for colds and other infections.
Signs and symptoms include discomfort in the eye described as feeling of sand in the eye, redness in the eye and some manifest swollen eyes with discharges similar to a pus.
Transmission occurs by touching an infected person or something an infected person has touched, such as a used tissue. Pinkeye can spread when people swim in contaminated water or share contaminated towels. It also can be spread through coughing and sneezing. Due to its contagiousness, isolation is initiated to avoid transmission of the infection.
In order to avoid cross contamination, everyone should practice proper handwashing. Also, infected people should not share eye drops, tissues, eye makeup, washcloths, towels, or pillowcases with other people.
Wash towels and other linens that the child has used in hot water separately from the rest of the family’s laundry to avoid contamination.
Cool compress will also help relieve swelling and discomfort.

Hopefully I won’t catch the disease.
