I am still looking around for my outfit to my colleague’s wedding and with that in mind, I still keep on gluing myself to TCM on cable. Time is flying so fast.  A few years ago, I was excited to shop for my niece for her first birthday and next thing I know, she will be in high school next year. The pack of fellows in the hospital is gushing over the cubic zirconia rings they got online. They got each ring for themselves as gifts for themselves for finishing the first year of their fellowship. I think they really deserve some treats as they really worked hard for the whole year. As hard as I try to deal away with unnecessary spending, I can’t help it but dish out some cash when I see good stuff for my nieces. The eldest has grown bigger and she is only left with a few decent clothes she could fit in. So when I passed by this surplus shop, I checked out on some girls shorts I rejoiced chancing upon some good pairs. They fit perfectly on my tween.

The rainy season is now intensifying. There is no day that it did not rain. I am loving this season as it gives me a very good time to relax and curl up in my bed during my day off. I am now unearthing my sweaters as the weather makes the atmosphere colder in the dorm. Comforters are not enough to keep me warm and I am really shaken to the core whenever I am in the dorm.
